摘要
目的:探索Blackboard网络教育管理平台应用于全科医师技能培训,提高全科医师培训效果。方法:将参加培训的全科医师分成网络组和现场组,通过基于Blackboard网络教育管理平台的全科医师技能培训,并在培训后以测试、调查问卷的形式进行培训效果调查分析。结果:网络组理论培训效果明显优于现场组,但是操作培训效果要略差于现场组。结论:基于Blackboard网络教育管理平台的全科医师技能培训模式,有效缓解基层全科医师学习工作上时间与空间的矛盾,对基层医务人员的业务水平有明显提高。
Improve the training results of general medical practitioner by exploring and applying Blackboard Internet education and management platform to standard training of general medical practitioner.[Method]General medical practitioner who attend training were divided into two groups,internet group and field group.General medical practitioners were trained based on Blackboard Internet education and management platform.Training effect were evaluated with taking test before and after the training and questionnaire.[Result]Internet group significantly outperformed field group in theory part.However,field group outperform internet group in operations.[Conclusion]Training of general medical practitioner with Blackboard Internet education can relieve the time contradiction between work and study among primary general medical practitioner,improve the skills of medical practitioner in basic level 9
