摘要 目的:探讨Teach-back在脑卒中偏瘫患者功能锻炼健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选择符合脑卒中诊断的偏瘫患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组予常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上采用Teach-back法康复指导。结果:观察组患者掌握知识程度、生活质量评分、患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Teach-back健康教育有利于提高偏瘫患者的生活自理能力和患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。 [Objective]To investigate the effect of Teach-back on health education of functional exercise in stroke patients with hemiplegia.[Method]80 patients with hemiplegia who matched the diagnosis of stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each.The control group was received routine health education and the observation group was received the Teach-back method for rehabilitation guidance on the basis of routine health education.[Result]The level of knowledge,quality of life and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Teach-back health education is conducive to improving self-care ability and patient satisfaction in patients with hemiplegia.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
