腰椎术后骶髂关节源性下腰痛发病机制及临床治疗

Exploration of pathogenesis and clinical treatment for sacroiliac joint pain after lumber fusion

骶髂关节源性下腰痛是腰椎术后下腰痛最重要的类型之一。目前,骶髂关节病变诊断标准尚不统一,病因较为复杂,发病机制尚不明确,影像学检查等均难以清晰显示骶髂关节异常改变,诊断依据不够充足,临床误诊漏诊率高。本文主要从病因、发病机制及临床治疗三个方面对腰椎术后骶髂关节源性下腰痛进行综述,为其早期预防、早期诊断及临床治疗提供更可靠的依据。

Sacroiliac joint pain is one of the most important types of low back pain after lumber fusion.At present,the diagnostic criteria of sacroiliac joint disease are not unified.Its etiology is complicated,and its pathogenesis is not clear.It is difficult to clearly display the abnormal changes of sacroiliac joints by imageology examination,diagnostic basis is not sufficient,and the rates of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis are very high.Etiology,path-ogenesis,and clinical treatment of sacroiliac joint pain after lumber fusion were systematically reviewed in this article,hoping to provide a more reliable basis for the early prevention,early diagnosis,and clinical treatment of sacroiliac joint pain after lumber fusion.
