The Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Real Estate Surveying and Mapping

本文通过分析房地产测绘对测绘工作的各方面技术要求,研究传统测绘手段在当代新兴技术背景下的劣势与不足,分别从房地产高程测绘、房地产建筑物测绘两个方面展开,借助建筑信息模型(BIM)技术中的Infraworks软件、Civil 3D软件和Revit软件论证了建筑信息模型的技术应用可以更加准确、高效的完成房地产测绘中的各项工作,说明了建筑信息模型的技术应用在房地产测绘中的重要作用与应用价值。

In this paper,we studied the disadvantages and shortcomings of traditional mapping methods,with the help of BIM technology,through the analysis of the requirements of real estate surveying and mapping technology.By the softwares as Infraworks,Civil 3D and Revit,the research analyzed two aspects of real estate surveying and mapping field,indicating that the BIM technology can be more accurate and efficient completion in the real estate surveying and mapping,and explains the important function and application value of BIM technology in the real estate surveying and mapping.
