KTY5000钻机电气控制系统的设计与研究

摘要 针对钻孔桩施工用钻机电气传动系统的构成、控制、方案选择进行了深入研究,设计了基于Profibus-DP现场总线的KTY5000钻机控制系统。该系统现场层由控制器实时采集各传感器的数据后在工控机上进行实时监控,并通过4G网关将数据传送至客户端层,动态展现钻机的运行状况。该系统在现场运行稳定,既提高了操作安全性又提升了生产效率,对其他工程机械的远程监控具有很好的借鉴意义。 Aiming at the structure,control and scheme selection of electric drive system for drilling pile construction drilling rig,the KTY5000 rig control system based on Profibus-DP fieldbus was designed.The system real-time layer by the controller to collect the sensor data in real-time monitoring of IPC,and through the 4G gateway to send data to the client layer,dynamic display of drilling rig operating conditions.The system is stable in the field,not only improves the operational safety but also enhances the production efficiency.It has a good reference for the remote monitoring of other construction machinery.
