摘要
PLC电机控制系统是国内外最重要的工业生产设备机械自动化操作基础,生产设备自动化操作管理能否有效运行完全取决于PLC系统对电机故障的诊断和分析。利用调制PLC电机故障诊断控制系统,能够为整个系统设备解决错误控制的问题以及后期维修给予明确的系统操作指引与方向。
The PLC motor control system is the most important industrial production equipment at home and abroad,and the operation automation of machinery is the foundation.The effective operation of production equipment automation operation management is entirely determined by the PLC system's diagnosis and analysis of motor faults.The fault diagnosis control system of modulated PLC motor can be used to solve the problem of error control for the whole system,and provide clear guidelines and directions for system operation.
