基于接触理论的风洞支杆锥连接弹性角模型

摘要 锥面连接是风洞试验模型支撑系统中常用的连接形式。依据Winkler弹性基础模型和几何约束条件,考虑锥面预紧力的影响,沿锥连接截面接触点的法线方向建立了协调接触解析模型,并扩展至锥连接的三维结构,推导出锥连接的弹性角系数模型。利用有限元分析软件的非线性接触分析对锥连接的弹性角系数模型进行验证。两种方法的结果均表明,弹性角系数随预紧力增大呈非线性减小的特征。建立的模型能准确描述锥面连接的弹性角系数,分析方法对类似连接结构有一定的借鉴意义。 Cone connection is a common form of connection in wind tunnel test model support systems. Based on the Winkler clastic foundation model and geometric constraints, taking into account the influence of the preload of the cone surface,an analytical contact model was established along the normal direction of the contact point of the cone connection section, and extended to the three-dimensional structure of the cone connection 9 deducing the clastic connection cone angle coefficient model. The nonlinear contact analysis of finite element analysis software was used to verify the model of the elastic coefficient of cone connection. The results of both methods show that the coefficient of elasticity is non-linearly decreasing with the increasing preload. The established model can accurately describe the elastic angle coefficient of the cone connection, and the analysis method has certain reference significance for the similar connection structure.
