摘要
一种新型的双层不锈钢纤维(DSSF)导电混凝土在路面除冰研究中被提出,并在不同的条件下进行测试。DSSF混凝土的设计是一种多层结构,在2个不同的层中放置不锈钢纤维,用石墨颗粒或钢纤维对混凝土基体进行改性。DSSF混凝土在不同的功率输入下的电阻率测试和温度测试在烤箱或者冰箱内完成,包括有冰层覆盖或者无冰层覆盖。结果表明,DSSF导电混凝土具有较低的电阻率,其适用于除冰的目的。不锈钢纤维不会在其表面上形成钝化膜,因此电阻率稳定。由于隧道效应和颗粒的纵横比,石墨颗粒比钢纤维更为有效地降低电阻率。在输入功率为800 W/m2,温度为-20℃时,DSSF混凝土能在100min内融化6mm厚冰层。降低输入功率为400W/m2,融冰时间延长,而总能量消耗没有明显减少。
A new type of double-layer stainless steel fiber(DSSF)conductive concrete has been proposed in the study of road deicing and tested under different conditions.The DSSF concrete design is a multilayer structure in which stainless steel fibers are placed in two different layers and the concrete matrix is modified with graphite particles or steel fibers.DSSF concrete resistivity and temperature tests at different power inputs are completed in the oven or refrigerator,including ice cover or no ice cover.The results show that DSSF conductive concrete has a lower resistivity,which is suitable for the purpose of deicing.Stainless steel fiber does not form a passivation film on its surface,so the resistivity is stable.Due to the tunneling effect and the aspect ratio of the particles,graphite particles reduce the resistivity more effectively than steel fibers.At a power input of 800 W/m2 at-20℃,DSSF concrete melts 6 mm thick ice within 100 min.The reduced input power is400 W/m2,the ice melting time is prolonged,and the total energy consumption is not significantly reduced.
