摘要
北极地区生态环境脆弱,环保要求苛刻,尤其需要重视对于钻井岩屑和钻井废液的无害化处理工作。采用热解析处理的方式代替传统的钻井液池,经过进料、处理、分离三个单元,充分回收矿物油、水、不凝气体等各类资源,结合最小程度的固化填埋从源头减少污染物的排放,避免了二次污染。在力保环保合规性的基础上,将此工艺的环境经济效益实现最大化,从而推动整个项目的环境友好和可持续发展。
The ecological environment of the Arctic region is fragile and the environmental protection is demanding,especially for the harmless treatment of drilling cuttings and drilling waste liquid.By thermal desorption method replaced the traditional drilling fluid pool,after feeding,treatment,separation of three units,the mineral oil,water,non-condensable gas and other resources were fully recycled.Combined with the minimum solidification and landfill,the pollutant emissions were reduced from the source,avoiding secondary pollution.On the basis of ensuring environmental compliance,to maximize the environmental and economic benefits of this process is beneficial to promote the environment-friendly and sustainable development of the whole project.
