摘要
文章针对第一采油厂高阳采油作业区油层套管上窜这一现象,分析得出地表水位下降、降压开采、井筒温度等是引起套管上窜的主要因素,总结了套管上窜可能引起的影响泵效、发生井喷等潜在风险。选取高阳采油作业区高30采油站,通过对油层套管上窜率达到100%的现状剖析,总结了套管上窜对生产的影响,并提出了采用降套工艺和临时固定套管等方法治理套管上窜的措施。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the casing moving up at Gaoyang Operation Area in No.1 Oil Production Plant,it is concluded that surface water level drop,depressurizing production and wellbore temperature are the main factors causing casing moving up,and the potential risks caused by casing moving up such as pump efficiency decline and blowout are summarized.By analyzing Gao 30 Oil Production Station in Gaoyang Oil Production Area,the influence of casing moving up on oil production is summarized,and the measures to control moving are put forward by the method of falling sleeve and temporary fixing.
