The Influence of China's Economic Growth on Rural Residents' Health Costs

我国农村居民健康成本增加的原因有很多。利用时间序列协整分析可以发现:农村劳动力较大的非农工作环境压力和经济增长带来的环境恶化与居民健康成本增加呈正向关系,这是经济增长对居民健康成本的负面影响;农村居民收入增加和少儿抚养比下降也会导致其健康成本增加,但这是经济增长的正面影响。面向未来,应减少经济增长对居民健康成本的负面影响,并对增加的健康成本进行必要补贴。

This paper uses the cointegration analysis of time series to find out the reasons of the increasing cost of rural residents in our country.The pressure of non-farm work environment where a larger labor force is needed and the environmental degradation resulted from economic growth increase the residents'health costs.That is the negative impact of economic growth to residents health costs.Income increase of rural residents and decline in children’s dependency ratio also lead to the rise of health costs.However,that is the positive impact of economic growth to residents health costs.In the future,we should reduce the negative impact and subsidize the positive impact.
