环境约束下大学生村官创业倾向的影响因素研究

A Study on the Factor of the Entrepreneurial Tendency of College-graduate Village Officials under Environmental Constraints

基于文献,通过对大学生村官的创业行为调研,分析个人收入、家庭支持、社会资本、人力资本、社会环境5个方面对创业倾向的影响。结果表明:个人收入、家人支持、良好的人际关系、创业培训、创业教育、良好的交通通讯网络设施、当地经济发展势头良好、当地创业资源丰富、成功创业者榜样的激励与大学生村官创业倾向呈显著正相关;良好的政府关系、政府提供创业项目与大学生村官创业倾向不相关。据此提出提高个人创业能力、优化家庭创业支持、完善高校创业教育、完善政府配套措施等措施,进而提高大学生村官创业能力。

The study focused on the main factors influencing the entrepreneurial tendencies of college-graduate village officials under the established conditions of entrepreneurial environment.Following as a literature review,the paper investigated the entrepreneurial behavior of college-graduate village officials by using binary logistic regression analysis based on individual income,family factors,social capital,human capital and social background.The results showed that under the constraints of the environment,personal income,family support,good interpersonal relationships,entrepreneurship training,entrepreneurship education,government efforts to ensure good traffic and communication network facilities,local economic development momentum,rich resources and successful entrepreneurial models are positively related to the entrepreneurial tendencies of college-graduate village officials.Good government relations and government-provided entrepreneurial projects are not related to the entrepreneurial tendencies of college-graduate village officials.Some measures were accordingly proposed such asenhancing the individual entrepreneurial ability,optimizing family entrepreneurial support,improving college entrepreneurship education and guaranteeing government supporting measures.
