农村住宅结构存在问题及解决方案——以林州市东岗镇后郊村为例

The Problems and Solutions in Rural Residential Structure——Taking Houjiao Village of Donggang Town in Linzhou City as an Example

农村住宅一般是在无正规设计和正规施工队伍的情况下,邻里互相帮忙修建的,基础宽度、楼板配筋等由经验和邻里互相借鉴确定。由于缺乏相关的设计知识,使新建房屋也存在着一些安全及使用上的问题。通过对林州市东岗镇后郊村部分住宅的基础、墙体、梁、楼板、屋面防水等进行调查,找出了存在的部分问题并提出解决方案,用于指导灾后重建的房屋,使其能满足安全、适用和耐久的要求。

Rural houses are usually built in the absence of formal design and formal construction teams,The basic width,the slab reinforcement and so on are based on the experience and the neighbors to learn from each other.Due to the lack of relevant design knowledge,there are some problems in safety and use of new houses.Through the foundation,wall,beam,floor,roof waterproof,such as investigation,find out the existing part of the problem and put forward solutions,used to guide the reconstruction of houses,to meet the requirements of safety,suitable and durable.
