医务人员权益保护面临的问题与对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Medical Staff's Rights and Interests Protection

近年来,我国医务人员劳累昏倒甚至过劳死事件频发,同时频繁发生的暴力伤医等事件严重损害了医务人员的合法权益。阐述了我国医务人员权益保护的现状,并以切实维护医务人员合法权益为出发点,从社会、政府、医院等环节提出了加强我国医务人员权益保护的建议。

In recent years,overwork has frequently contributed to Chinese medical staff's faint and even death,and violent injury to medical staff happened frequently.Both of them have seriously damaged the legitimate rights and interests of the medical staff.This paper reported the situation of medical staff’s rights and interest protection,regarded the safeguard of medical staff's legitimate rights and interest as the start point,and then put forward suggestions to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of the medical staff in China from the links such as society,government and hospitals.
