新媒体下心理卫生科普工作探索——以“你的身体会说话·心理冲突躯体化”项目为例

The Exploration of Mental Health Science from New Media Perspective,with the Example of “Your Body Will Talk·Psychology Conflict Somatization”Project

目的以上海市精神卫生中心"你的身体会说话·心理冲突躯体化"项目为例,分析心理卫生科普工作在新媒体时代的机遇和挑战,进而提出可借鉴的工作新思路。方法通过对后台数据的收集和分析以及自制问卷调查,对此项目中新媒体科普的获益性、优势和问题等进行总结分析。结果女性对于心理卫生科普更感兴趣。关注途径以朋友圈为主,阅读量最高的文章内容均与"身体疾病"和"婚姻家庭"相关。影响大众阅读心理卫生科普内容主要因素有:来源正规、观点科学、内容风趣等。结论大众对于心理健康知识有较大需求,新媒体的便捷性、易存性等特点使心理卫生的科普多样化。但新媒体下心理卫生科普要注意增强互动,鼓励原创,内容风趣,排版美观,同时严格把关内容的科学价值。

Objective The new media bring both new opportunities and challenges for the mental health science activities.This paper takes the example of“Your body will talk·psychology conflict somatization”project,which was organized by Shanghai Mental Health Center,to analysis the opportunities and challenges of mental health science work under the new media.Finally some suggestions are offered to improve the mental health science work.Methods Data from the background and self-made questionnaire survey were collected and analyzed,to acknowledge the popularity,benefits,dominance and other issues of the project under new media.Results Women were more interested in the psychological health science.The survey found that the main way to focus was by circle of friends,and the most popular articles were related to physical illness and marriage and family.The factors affecting the public reading psychological health science content were:canonicity,scientific point of view,the humor content,etc.Conclusion People have a greater demand for mental health knowledge.The convenience,ease of deposit and other characteristics of new media lead the popularization of mental health.On the other hand the new media mental health science work should improve interactions and original works,and combine with humorous content as well as scientific value.
