广州市青少年生殖健康知晓率及需求调查

Survey of Awareness and Demand on Adolescent Reproductive Health in Guangzhou

目的了解广州市青少年生殖健康知晓率及需求情况,为下一步开展青少年生殖健康保健工作模式提供依据和基础数据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对广州市一所普通中学的402名高中学生进行现场集中匿名自填式问卷调查。结果共纳入402名青少年进行分析,平均年龄15.2岁;男生189名,女生213名;青少年对生殖健康知晓率情况欠佳,对青春期的发育特征、保健知识和性传播疾病方面知晓率介于54.5%~70.3%之间;50%以上的青少年表示希望获得生殖健康方面的知识,最愿意接受的宣教方法是开设生殖健康教育课程(57.2%),其次为专题讲座(46.8%)。结论目前广州市青少年对生殖健康知晓率情况欠佳,但对生殖健康方面的知识需求较高。

Objective This descriptive study was conducted to assess awareness and demand on adolescent reproductive health in Guangzhou.Methods A total of 402 adolescents were recruited by cluster random sampling.The students completed an anonymous questionnaire on the spot.Results Data from 402 of students were analyzed,including 189 adolescent males and 213 female adolescent students.Reproductive health knowledge among male or female adolescents was relative poor,such as developmental characteristics of young adolescents,health care knowledge,and knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases.The total awareness rate was just about 54.5%-70.3%.More than 50%of students reported they would like to have access to reproductive health knowledge.The most desired method was to reproductive health education course(57.2%),and the following was special topic lecture(46.8%).Conclusion Young students had low awareness rate of reproductive health in Guangzhou.However,they had strong will for the acquisition of knowledge of adolescent reproductive health.
