供给侧改革背景下黑龙江省对外投资新策略

A New Strategy of Heilongjiang Foreign Investment Under Supply-side Reform

随着供给侧改革的不断深入,黑龙江省对外投资规模持续扩大,对外投资领域日趋多元化,对"一带一路"沿线国家投资额激增,境外经贸合作区建设上了一个新台阶,开拓国际装备市场取得突破。选取2006—2016年黑龙江省进出口数据和对外直接投资数据,运用SPSS软件,对黑龙江省对外直接投资和GDP之间的关系进行实证分析。得出结论:黑龙江省对外直接投资有利于促进GDP和进口增长,并从政府和企业两个层面提出相关对策建议。

With the deepening reform of supply side,the scale of foreign investment in Heilongjiang Province continues to expand and the field of foreign investment is increasingly diversified.The investment in the countries along the“Belt and Road”surges and the construction of the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone reaches a new stage,opening up international equipment Breakthrough in the market.Select the data of import and export of Heilongjiang Province from 2006 to 2016 and the data of foreign direct investment,and use SPSS software to make an empirical analysis of the relationship between FDI and GDP of Heilongjiang Province.The conclusion is that foreign direct investment in Heilongjiang Province is good for promoting the growth of GDP and import,and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of government and enterprises.
