With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,the business risks arising from the selection of products,logistics,product liability,intellectual property and exchange rate are increasing day by day,seriously restricting the normal development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.This paper analyzes in detail the operating risks faced by cross-border e-commerce application enterprises and puts forward feasible risk-avoidance measures based on the accurate identification of risks so as to provide reference and reference for the rapid and healthy development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
