Planning Guidance For Inclusive Public Space In Waterfront Community

文章针对我国滨水社区控规层面涉及的规划设计方面的问题,对公共空间包容性规划的要素特性进行了详细分析,并提出公共空间包容性规划的设计引导措施。同时,文章结合驻马店练江河商住区整体概念性规划的实践,提出了具有公平性、正义性、多元性、开放性和特色性的社区公共空间包容性规划的设计引导措施,以期在社区控规层面的工作中构建一个"公平正义"的"公共建筑设施—公共空间"体系。

Due to the problems of regulatory planning of waterfront community,the paper analyzes the characteristic and planning principle of inclusive public space,puts forward the planning guidance strategies.With the practice of Lianjianghe community of Zhumadian,the paper builds a control system of fairness,justice,diversity,openness and characters,and the“public buildings facilities-public space”system of faimess and justice.
