PBL教学法结合情景体验在骨科临床教学中的应用价值分析 被引量:22

Analysis of the Value of Application of PBL Teaching Method Combined With Situational Experience in Clinical Teaching in Department of Orthopedics

摘要 目的探讨骨科临床教学中联合应用问题为导向(PBL)教学法与情景体验的效果。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月骨科临床学生39名作为对照组,行常规临床教学,另选取2016年6月—2017年6月骨科临床学生39名作为观察组。在临床教学中,应用PBL教学法结合情景体验,观察两组临床教学质量、考核成绩及教学满意度。结果观察组学生学习兴趣提高、职业认同感增强、综合素质提高、思维能力增强、解决问题能力增强比率同对照组比较,均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);入科前,两组学生考核成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科前均有提高,观察组出科前理论知识及临床操作考核成绩,与对照组比较均明显较高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对临床教学满意率为92.31%,与对照组的74.36%比较,显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法结合情景体验能提高骨科临场教学质量,利于学生综合素质培养。 Objective To explore the effect of the combined application of problem oriented(PBL)teaching method and situational experience in the clinical teaching of department of orthopedics.Methods A total of 39 clinical students in department of orthopedics from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as control group.Another 39 clinical students in department of orthopedics from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as observation group.In clinical teaching,PBL teaching method combined with situational experience was applied to observe two groups of clinical teaching quality,examination results and teaching satisfaction.Results In the observation group,the students'interest in learning,the enhancement of professional identity,the improvement of comprehensive quality,the enhancement of thinking ability and the enhancement of the ability to solve problems were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before entering the department,there was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of clinical teaching in the observation group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.36%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method combined with situational experience can improve the quality of department of orthopedics teaching and help students to develop their comprehensive quality.
