情景模拟联合案例教学法在儿科临床实践中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟联合案例教学法在儿科呼吸系统疾病临床实践中的应用。方法随机选取我校2016年9月的临床专业学生100例作为研究对象。按照1∶1比例将其随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统的教学模式,实验组采用情景模拟联合案例教学的方法。比较两组学生的理论知识与实践操作能力。结果在理论成绩上,实验组学生成绩和对照组相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);而实验组学生实践成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,实验组学生成绩的优秀率达到84.0%,优于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。94.0%的学生都喜欢情景模拟联合案例教学,90.0%认为该教学法能够加深理论知识,86.0%的认为情景模拟联合案例教学能够提高学习效率。结论情景模拟联合案例教学法不仅能够提升学生的学习兴趣,还能提升学生的综合能力。 Objective To explore the application of scenario simulation combined with case teaching in pediatric respiratory diseases.Methods 100 cases of clinical students in our school in September 2016 were randomly selected as the research subjects.According to 1∶1,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the control group,the traditional teaching model was adopted.The experimental group adopted scenario simulation combined with case teaching.The theoretical knowledge and hands-on ability of the two groups were compared.Results In theoretical results,there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The practical results in experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the excellent rate of experimental students'achievement was 84.0%,which was better than 60.0%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).94.0%of students liked scenario simulation and joint case teaching,and 90.0%considered the teaching method.The ethical knowledge can be deepened,and 86.0%believe that scenario simulation combined with case teaching can improve teaching efficiency.Conclusion Scenario simulation combined with case teaching method can not only enhance students'interest in learning,but also improve students'comprehensive ability.
