小学生视力不良的临床资料分析及研究

Analysis of and Study on the Clinical Data of Poor Eyesight in Primary School Students

目的对小学生视力不良临床资料进行分析和研究。方法选择2013年4月—2017年4月来我院检查视力的年龄7~14岁小学生1800名作为此次研究对象,对1 800名小学生临床资料进行分析,对视力不良小学生临床资料进行总结,将一年级小学生资料作为低年龄层小学生资料,将三年级小学生资料作为中年龄层小学生资料,将六年级小学生资料作为高年龄层小学生资料。对一年级、三年级、六年级小学生视力不良结果进行分析,并且提出相应的干预对策。结果一年级学生视力不良检出率最低,六年级学生视力不良检出率最高,一年级与三年级、六年级数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三年级与六年级数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论年龄越高则视力不良检出率越高,主要原因为用眼时间过长及课业负担重,应采取干预对策改善视力不良情况。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical data of poor eyesight in primary school students.Methods 1 800 pupils aged 7~14 years old who visited our hospital from April 2013 to April 2017 were selected as the target of the study,the 1 800 primary school students and analyze the clinical data of poor eyesight of pupils clinical data were summarized.The data of the first grade pupils as low age small student information,the information age as the third grade pupils in primary data the data of the sixth grade students,as the high age primary data.The results of poor eyesight in grade one,grade three and grade six were analyzed and the corresponding intervention measures were put forward.Results The rate of poor eyesight was the lowest among the first grade students.The rate of poor eyesight was the highest among grade six students.Compared with the data of grade three and grade six,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Grade three and grade six were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The higher the age is,the higher the detection rate of poor eyesight is.The main reason is the long time of eyesight and heavy burden of schoolwork.Interventions should be taken to improve the condition of poor vision.
