Objective To explore the value of propofol sequential dexmedetomidin in patients with EA(awake restlessness)in adult general anesthesia. Methods 50 cases of EA patients with general anesthesia in adult, the time for October 2015 October 2017,grouped according to their treatment differences in the experimental group, the implementation of sequential propofol and dexmedetomidine treatment, the control group was given propofol treatment, the difference between the two groups of EA patients results. Results The restlessness, sedation score, treatment time and the amount of additional sedative drugs in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The patients with agitation in the awakened period of general anesthesia in adult general anesthesia are treated with propofol sequential dexmedetomidin.
