产前诊断胎儿疾病终止妊娠的相关分析

Correlation Analysis of Termination of Pregnancy Prenatal in the Diagnosis of Fetal Disease

目的了解产前诊断终止妊娠病例胎儿的疾病情况以及产前诊断的必要性。方法通过对2015年1月—2016年12月我院333例产前诊断胎儿疾病而终止妊娠的病例进行分析,了解胎儿疾病的诊断情况及二胎政策放开后产前诊断的必要性。结果 2015、2016年经过我院产前诊断胎儿疾病共计333例,前5位分别为神经系统异常68例(20.42%),染色体异常66例(19.82%),先天性心脏病57例(17.12%),唇腭裂29例(8.71%),泌尿系畸形25例(7.51%)。2015年诊断胎儿疾病终止妊娠病例148例,高龄孕妇14例(9.46%),2016年185例,高龄孕妇28例(15.14%)。结论产前筛查及产前诊断可有效预防出生缺陷的发生,尤其对高龄孕妇意义重大。

Objective To understand the prenatal diagnosis and termination of pregnancy and the necessity of prenatal diagnosis.Methods The diagnosis of fetal disease and the necessity of prenatal diagnosis after the birth of the second child policy were analyzed by analysis of the number of cases termination of pregnancy in 333 prenatal diagnosis of fetal disease from January 2015 to December 2016.Results In 2015 and 2016,there were 333 cases of prenatal diagnosis of fetal diseases in our hospital.The top 5 were abnormal nervous system in 68 cases(20.42%).66 cases of chromosome abnormality(19.82%),57 cases of congenital heart disease(17.12%),29 cases(8.71%)of cleft lip and palate,25 cases of urinary tract malformation(7.51%).In 2015,148 cases of termination of pregnancy were diagnosed.14 cases of elderly pregnant women(9.46%).In 2016,there were 185 cases,28 cases(15.14%)of the elderly pregnant women.Conclusion Prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis can be effective in preventing birth defects,especially in advanced age pregnant women.
