锚钉修补治疗踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Anchor Repair on Ankle Joint Fracture With Triangular Ligament Damage

目的探究锚钉修补术结合切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的65例踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤患者作为研究对象。按不同治疗方式,将其分为研究组(n=35)与对照组(n=30)。对照组行切开复位内固定手术治疗,研究组行锚钉修补术结合切开复位内固定术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后的AOFAS评分(90.22±6.14)分,距骨倾斜角(4.51±2.25)°,内踝间隙(2.45±0.76)mm,均优于治疗前,且优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤使用锚钉修补术结合切开复位内固定术治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状,患者术后恢复良好,且并发症少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anchor repair combined with open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of ankle fracture combined with triangular ligament injury.Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with ankle fracture combined with ligamentum tenellangectomy admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into study group(n=35)and control group(n=30)according to different treatment methods.The control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation operation.The study group was treated with anchor bolt and open reduction and internal fixation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,AOFAS score(90.22±6.14)points,tilt angle of talus(4.51±2.25)°and medial malleolus space(2.45±0.76)mm were significantly better than those before treatment and significantly better than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ankle fracture combined with the treatment of triangular ligament injury using anchor nail repair combined with open reduction and internal fixation,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with good recovery after surgery,and fewer complications.
