探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗胆道结石临床效果

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopy and Laparotomy in the Treatment of Cholelithiasis

目的分析讨论腹腔镜手术治疗胆道结石的临床疗效。方法选取来我院就诊的胆道结石患者76例作为研究对象,将其分为两组。两组患者采用不同手术方式治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术用于治疗胆道结石效果显著。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for biliary calculi.Methods 76 cases of biliary calculi in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups.Two groups of patients were treated by different surgical methods,and the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in operative time between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the blood loss during operation was lower than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of biliary stones is effective.
