硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压的疗效探讨

Study on the Curative Effect of Magnesium Sulfate Combined With Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的对硝苯地平与硫酸镁联合应用治疗妊娠期高血压的治疗效果进行探讨。方法选取2016年11月—2017年11月在我院接受治疗的100例妊娠期高血压患者作为本次研究对象,并采取随机法,将研究对象均分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予单纯硫酸镁进行治疗,观察组患者以对照组患者的治疗方法为基础,再给予硝苯地平进行治疗,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总体有效率以及不良反应发生率均优于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠期高血压患者给予硝苯地平联合硫酸镁进行治疗,临床效果较为良好,并且能够降低不良反应出现的概率,提高治疗的安全性,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 100 cases of patients with gestational hypertension from November 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital as the research objects,and the study subjects were divided into observation group and control group by random method,50 cases in each group,the control group was treated by magnesium sulfate,patients in the observation group,based on the control group,were given nifedipine,and compared two groups of patients the treatment effect and adverse reaction.Results The overall efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were superior to those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is effective,and it can reduce the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions,improve the safety of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients.
