摘要
本文对我院收治的1例甲亢患者的临床诊断资料进行分析探讨,结合患者以往服用丙硫氧嘧啶片治疗期间的白细胞减少的具体情况,对患者白细胞减少的可能原因及临床表现进行分析,并根据患者白细胞减少的程度给予针对性的治疗。临床医师根据患者治疗后具体临床疗效及其他文献报道的甲亢患者服用丙硫氧嘧啶片期间发现白细胞减少的临床研究,总结出甲亢患者服用丙硫氧嘧啶片期间发现白细胞减少的临床诊治方式及注意事项。
This article discusses the clinical diagnosis of one case of hyperthyroidism,combined with leukopenia during treatment,analyzes the possible causes and clinical manifestations of leukopenia,and provides targeted treatment.The clinician after treatment of a particular patient and other clinical efficacy reported in clinical research literature,which are summarized hyperthyroidism patients taking propylthiouracil sheet during discovery mode and precautions clinical diagnosis of leukopenia.
