用缬沙坦联合利血平治疗高血压的效果

The Effect of Valsartan Combined With Reserpine in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的探讨高血压患者使用缬沙坦联合利血平治疗及护理效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月我院就诊的高血压患者共70例作为研究对象。采用随机数字抽签法,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组给予利血平治疗,观察组在此基础上,加用缬沙坦治疗,比较治疗前后患者血压收缩压SBP和舒张压DBP水平,统计患者心脑血管疾病发生率。结果观察组患者的血压显著下降,效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的心脑血管疾病发生率较对照组显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合利血平治疗高血压的临床效果显著,可控制血压,降低其他不良事件的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of valsartan and reserpine in the treatment and nursing of hypertensive patients.Methods 70 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random digital drawing,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with reserpine,and the observation group was additionally treated with valsartan.The blood pressure,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)level before and after treatment were compared,and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was statistically analyzed.Results The blood pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of valsartan combined with reserpine in the treatment of hypertension is significant.It can control blood pressure and reduce the incidence of other adverse events.
