针药配合面部功能训练治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture and Medicine Combined With Facial Function Training in the Treatment of Bell Facial Paralysis

目的探讨针药配合面部功能训练治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年8月—2017年12月收治的贝尔面瘫患者150例作为临床研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组(50例)、对照组A(50例)及对照组B(50例)。对照组A采取针刺及药物治疗,对照组B采取针刺配合面部功能训练治疗,治疗组采取针药配合面部功能训练治疗,对比各组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率(92.00%)较对照组A(72.00%)及对照组B(76.00%)更高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗,治疗组FDIS评分低于对照组A及对照组B,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组FDIP评分高于对照组A及对照组B差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药配合面部功能训练治疗贝尔面瘫效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and medicine combined with facial function training in the treatment of Bell facial paralysis.Methods 150 cases of patients with Bell facial paralysis treated in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were selected as clinical subjects.They were randomly divided into treatment group,control group A and control group B,50 cases in each group.The control group A was treated with acupuncture and medicine,the control group B was treated with acupuncture and facial function training,the treatment group was treated by acupuncture and medicine combined with facial function training,the treatment effect of each group was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group A(72.00%)and the control group B(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FDIS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group A and the control group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the FDIP score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group A and control group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and medicine combined with facial function training in the treatment of Bell facial paralysis is remarkable.
