自拟中药治疗婴儿湿疹60例疗效观察

Observation on 60 Cases of Infant Eczema Treated With Chinese Medicine

目的观察自拟中药外洗治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例湿疹患儿随机分为两组,中药组60例,对照组60例。两组患者均治疗14天后观察疗效。中药组应用自拟中药外洗、外用润肤油治疗;对照组外用氧化锌乳膏、润肤油治疗。结果中药组60例中,痊愈37例,显效21例,有效2例,总有效率为96.7%;对照组60例中,痊愈24例,显效19例,有效13例,无效4例,总有效率为71.7%,两组疗效对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论自拟中药外洗治疗婴儿湿疹疗效显著,安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine in treating infantile eczema.Methods 120 cases of eczema were randomly divided into two groups,60 patients in the Chinese medicine group and 60 patients in the control group.The two groups of patients were treated for 14 days after treatment.The Chinese medicine group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine external wash and external use of emollient oil.The control group was treated with zinc oxide cream and skin oil Results Of 60 cases in the Chinese medicine group,37 cases were cured,21 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 96.7%.Of 60 cases in the control group,24 cases were cured,19 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 71.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of infant eczema is effective and safe.
