产褥期妇女保健及育儿知识认知情况及其影响因素研究

Study on the Cognitive Status of Women's Health and Parenting Knowledge and Its Influencing Factors in Puerperal Period

目的探究产褥期妇女保健及育儿知识认知情况及其影响因素。方法将2016年1月—2017年9月我市各医院收治的2 000例产妇纳入研究,采用自主设计调查问卷,对产妇的一般资料及产褥期保健知识、育儿知识认知情况进行调查,探究影响认知情况的因素。结果平均产褥期妇女保健知识评分为(11.53±3.42)分,平均育儿知识评分为(5.32±2.03)分,总分为(17.25±4.76);住址、文化程度、职业这三个要素均与产褥期妇女保健及育儿知识认知情况相关。结论我市整体产褥期妇女保健及育儿知识认知水平较低,应加强相关知识的宣传教育工作。

Objective To explore the puerperal women's health and parenting knowledge and its influencing factors.Methods 2 000 cases of pregnant women from January 2016 to September 2017 the city hospitals included in the study,we designed the questionnaire,conducted a survey of maternal general information and puerperium,parenting knowledge,explore the influencing factors of cognition.Results The average puerperal women's health knowledge score was(11.53±3.42)points,the average score of infanticulture knowledge(5.32±2.03)points,total score(17.25±4.76)points;these three elements address,culture degree,occupation cognition is related to women's health and parental knowledge of puerperium.Conclusion The cognition level of women's health care and childcare knowledge is relatively low in the whole puerperium,so we should strengthen the propaganda and education of related knowledge.
