中西医结合护理对消化道恶性肿瘤患者疼痛干预的研究

Study on Pain Intervention of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Patients With Digestive Tract Malignant Tumor

目的研究探讨中西医结合护理对消化道恶性肿瘤患者疼痛干预的研究。方法选取入住我院肿瘤科的诊断为消化道恶性肿瘤的患者共94例作为研究对象,将其随机分为中西医结合护理组(n=48)和常规护理组(n=46)。中西医结合治疗组在常规西医止痛治疗的基础上,予以中医护理,2周后,比较两组患者视觉模拟(VAS)。结果中西医结合护理组的VAS评分低于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对消化道恶性肿瘤患者进行中西医结合护理能够显著减轻患者的疼痛程度。

Objective To study the nurse by combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the pain intervention of the patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors.Methods A total of 94 patients diagnosed as gastrointestinal cancer in our oncology department were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing group(n=48)and the routine nursing group(n=46).On the basis of traditional western medicine analgesic treatment,the treatment group of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was given TCM nursing.After 2 weeks,visual analogue(VAS)was compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing group was lower than that of the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain of the patients with gastrointenstinal malignant tumors can significantly released by combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine nursing.
