集束化护理对脑出血手术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响

The Effect of Intensive Care on the Incidence of Deep Venous Thrombosis After Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨集束化护理是否可降低脑出血手术患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月笔者所在医院收治的73例脑出血手术患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予集束化护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果观察组的下肢深静脉血拴发生率为0.00%(0/36),对照组的下肢深静脉血拴发生率为10.81%(4/37),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.117 5,P=0.042 4)。结论集束化护理干预有助于降低脑出血手术患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率,临床安全性更好。

Objective To investigate the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,73 patients with cerebral hemorrhage undergoing operation in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given cluster care,the control group was given routine nursing.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was 0.00%(0/36).The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the control group was 10.81%(4/37),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.117 5,P=0.042 4).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and is better in clinical safety.
