摘要
目的探讨克罗恩病采用注射用英夫利西单抗(类克)治疗的效果和护理方法。方法选择22例克罗恩病患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床治疗资料。结果本组的22例患者中,16例显效、6例有效、0例无效,有效率为100%,并且无一例患者出现输液反应;同时,治疗前后的实验室指标和IBD-Q评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予克罗恩病患者类克治疗和护理,可以提高疗效。
Objective To explore the effect and nursing method of crohn's disease using infliximab injection(class gram)therapy.Methods 22 patients with crohn's disease were selected as the study subjects,and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 22 patients in this group,16 patients were effective,6 patients were effective,no patient was invalid,and the effective rate was 100%,and none of the patients showed a transfusion reaction.At the same time,there was a statistically significant difference in laboratory index and IBD-Q score before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment and nursing of crohn's patients can improve the curative effect.
