综合性护理在颅内动脉瘤介入术后患者中的应用分析

目的探讨综合性护理在颅内动脉瘤介入术后患者中的应用。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月我院收治的88例颅内动脉瘤介入术患者作为研究对象。并采用随机数字表法分组。对照组采用常规护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上,采用综合性护理。比较两组颅内动脉瘤介入术护理满意度;总住院时间、手术认知、手术依从性;干预前后患者情绪评分。结果观察组颅内动脉瘤介入术护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总住院时间、手术认知、手术依从性优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组情绪评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理在颅内动脉瘤介入术护理质量中的作用确切,可提升患者对手术的了解程度,提高手术配合度,缩短住院时间,提升满意度。

Objective To study the application of the comprehensive nursing in patients with intracranial aneurysms after interventional.Methods From January 2016 to June 2017,88 cases of interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Random number table method was used to group.In the control group,the routine nursing plan was adopted.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.Two groups of intracranial aneurysm interventional nursing satisfaction,total length of hospital stay,operative cognition and operative compliance were compared.Results The satisfaction degree of interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysm in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total length of stay,operative cognition and operative compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the emotional score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing on the nursing quality of intracranial aneurysm intervention is accurate.It can improve the patient's understanding of the operation,improve the degree of operation coordination,shorten the time of hospitalization and improve the satisfaction.
