小儿高热惊厥临床救治护理中人文关怀的应用价值评析

Analysis of the Application Value of Humanistic Care in the Treatment of Children With Febrile Convulsion

目的探讨小儿高热惊厥临床救治护理中人文关怀的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月小儿高热惊厥患儿88例作为研究对象。根据护理方法分组。对照组用普通护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上,采用人文关怀。比较两组救治效果;患儿配合度、体温恢复正常时间、惊厥控制时间、平均出院时间;护理前后患儿高热惊厥发作频率和持续情况。结果观察组救治效果高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿配合度、体温恢复正常时间、惊厥控制时间、平均出院时间优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组高热惊厥发作频率和持续情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀在小儿高热惊厥护理中的作用确切,可提升患儿配合度,控制惊厥症状,改善患儿预后。

Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care in the treatment and treatment of children with febrile convulsion.Methods 88 children with febrile convulsion from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects.Grouped according to the methods of nursing.In the control group,the general nursing program was used.The observation group received humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of two groups were compared,including matching degree of children,recovery time of body temperature,convulsion control time and average discharge time.The frequency and duration of febrile seizures in children before and after nursing were recorded.Results The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coordination degree of children in the observation group,the normal time of body temperature recovery,the time of convulsion control and the average discharge time were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the frequency and duration of febrile seizures in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The role of humanistic care in children with febrile convulsion care exactly,can promote cooperation degree,children control convulsion in children improve prognosis.
