摘要
目的评价人性化管理理念在精神科护理管理中的实施价值,为精神科护理管理工作提供参考。方法选择我院精神科护士50名作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为参照组(n=25,采取常规管理理念)、观察组(n=25,人性化管理理念),分别护理60例精神科患者。对比两组精神科护理工作人员服务情况、精神科患者康复疗效评分(参考IPROS康复疗效评定量表,进行生活、社会能力以及患者的兴趣爱好、个人卫生综合评分)。结果观察组护理人员责任心、护理水平、服务态度、健康教育、风险意识等相关服务情况均优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组精神科患者IPROS综合评分高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科护理管理中人性化管理理念的实施,促进了患者的康复疗效。
Objective To evaluate the value of humanized management concept in the nursing management of psychiatric department,and to provide reference for the nursing management in the psychiatry department.Methods 50 psychiatric nurses in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a reference group(n=25,a conventional management concept),an observation group(n=25,a humanized management concept),and 60 cases of psychiatric patients were enrolled in the study.The two groups of psychiatric nurses'service and psychiatric patients'rehabilitation efficacy scale were compared(IPROS rehabilitation efficacy scale),life and social ability,patients'hobbies and personal hygiene scores.Results The nursing staff's responsibility,nursing level,service attitude,health education,risk awareness and other related services in the observation group were superior to those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IPROS score of psychiatric patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanistic management concept in the nursing management of psychiatric department has promoted the curative effect of the patients.
