早期康复护理模式在脑梗死患者的临床护理中的应用

Analysis of the Early Rehabilitation Nursing Model in the Clinical Nursing of Patients With Cerebral Infarction

目的观察早期康复护理在脑梗死中的效果。方法随机将我院2016年8月—2017年8月收治的92例脑梗死患者分为两组,每组各46例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,行早期康复护理。比较两组临床护理效果。结果观察组NIHSS评分、FMA评分以及护理满意度等指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理可明显提高患者的神经功能以及生活自理能力。

Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on cerebral infarction.Methods 92 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing,and the observation group used early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group.The effect of two groups was compared.Results The NIHSS scores,FMA scores and nursing satisfaction rate of observation group were significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can obviously improve the nerve function and self-care ability of the patients.
