摘要
文章考察东盟高等教育一体化的发展历程,认为促进东盟高等教育一体化的动因是地理及历史因素形成的理念认同、不断完善的组织机制、定期检查评估制度;阻碍东盟高等教育一体化的因素为失衡的区域高等教育、残缺的高等教育质量保障体系、参差不齐的大学自治进程。在"一带一路"背景下,研究东盟高等教育一体化对推动我国与东盟高等教育合作及建设区域大学联盟具有一定启示意义。
This paper investigates the development of ASEAN higher education integration.It is issued that the motivation of promoting the integration of ASEAN higher education is the formation of geographical and historical factors of the concept of identity,constant improvement of the organization mechanism,regularly inspections of the evaluation system.The factors of hindering the ASEAN integration in higher education are the imbalance of regional higher edu-cation,incompleteness of higher education quality assurance system,uneven processes of univer-sity autonomy.Under the background of^The Belt and Road”,the integration of ASEAN high-er education research has certain significance for promoting China-ASEAN cooperation in higher education and the construction of regional university alliance.
