行业协会协调下的现代学徒制试点研究

以学校为主导的现代学徒制人才培养模式是我们国家现代学徒制的主要模式,经过两年多的试点,已经暴露出许多问题。行业协会作为企业和政府的联系组织,能够有效协调企业和学校,将行会作为现代学徒制实施的协调者,基于行会协调下建立"校企行"三方合作机制和行会协调下的现代学徒制运行机制,在行会的监督管理之下进行现代学徒制的试点,能够有效解决目前现代学徒制存在的问题,保障现代学徒制能长期实施下去。

The mode of modern apprenticeship-oriented personnel training led by schools is the main mode of modern apprenticeship in our country.After more than two years of pilot projects,many problems have been exposed.As an association between enterprises and the gov-ernment,the trade associations can effectively coordinate enterprises and schools,and can be regarded as the coordinators of the modern apprenticeship system.Based on the tripartite coop-eration mechanism established by schools,associations and enterprises and the modern appren-ticeship operating mechanism coordinated by the associations,under the guild supervision and management,the modern apprenticeship pilot can effectively solve the existing problems,and the modern apprenticeship can be implemented in the long run.
