"互联网+"代表着一种新的经济形态,已成为人们工作、学习和生活的基础元素,正在重构中国人的生活方式,给人们和社会都带来了许多新的机遇。在招标采购领域利用"互联网+"既能够大大提高招标采购的透明度、效率与质量,还能够降低交易成本,进一步规范招标投标活动,促进其健康持续发展。通过对《"互联网+"招标采购行动方案(2017-2019年)》中相关问题的分析,提出在招投标领域,面对该"行动方案",招标投标活动当事人及行政监督部门应该如何响应该行动方案。
