装配式建筑招标投标模式及方案初探

Preliminary study on bidding mode and scheme of prefabricated building

随着现代工业技术的发展,建造房屋可以像机器生产那样,成批成套地制造,由预制部品部件在工地装配而成的装配式建筑由此而出现。按预制构件的形式和施工方法可分为砌块建筑、板材建筑、盒式建筑、骨架板材建筑及升板升层建筑等五种类型。装配式建筑在20世纪初就开始在国外引起人们的兴趣,到六十年代终于实现。我国装配式建筑规划及相关政策自2015年以来密集出台。通过对装配式建筑招投标模式、方案的探讨、分析,结合相关地方的实践经验,进一步指出该建筑模式的意义、招投标实践中出现的相关问题以及问题解决的措施、建议。

Along with the development of modern industrial technology,can build a house like machine production,a batch of complete sets of manufacturing,the prefabricated component parts are assembled in site of prefabricated construction which appears by the form of prefabricated and construction methods can be divided into block building plank buildings cassette construction frame plate and plate litres layer building five types,such as prefabricated construction in the early 20th century began to arouse people's interest in a foreign country,to the 60 s finally realize the prefabricated construction planning and related policies in China since 2015 and dense introduced through analyzing scheme of prefabricated construction bidding mode to explore,combined with the experience of the relevant areas,further points out the significance of the construction mode in the practice of bidding related issues and problem solving measures.
