盆底肌电刺激对经阴道分娩侧切产妇产后盆底肌力的影响

Effect of Pelvic Floor Myoelectric Stimulation on Pelvic Floor Muscle Strength of Patients Undergoing Lateral Delivery of Vaginal Delivery

目的探讨盆底肌电刺激疗法对经阴道分娩侧切产妇产后盆底肌力的影响。方法选取我院妇产科2016年10月至2017年6月期间收治的106例经阴道分娩侧切产妇为研究对象。采用随机数字分组法将106例产妇分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组产妇采用常规盆底肌力康复训练治疗,观察组产妇在对照组基础上给予盆底肌电刺激疗法进行治疗。比较两组产妇治疗后盆底肌收缩力、收缩持续时间、尿失禁发生率及性生活满意度。结果与治疗前比较,对照组产妇治疗后VRP、VSP以及收缩持续时间无显著变化(P>0.05),观察组产妇治疗后VRP、VSP明显升高,收缩持续时间明显延长(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VRP、VSP明显高于对照组,收缩持续时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇治疗3、6个月后尿失禁发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗6个月后性生活满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用盆底肌电刺激疗法能够有效增强经阴道分娩侧切产妇产后盆底肌力,改善盆底功能,降低产后尿失禁发生率,提高产后性生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic floor myoelectric stimulation on postoperative pelvic floor muscle strength of patients who underwent lateral vaginal delivery.Methods 106 cases of vaginal delivery labor during the period from October 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as study subjects.106 maternal women were divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping method,53 cases each.The control group of mothers using conventional pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation train-ing,the observation group of women in the control group on the basis of pelvic floor myoelectric stimulation therapy for treatment.Pelvic floor muscle contractility,duration of contractions,incidence of urinary inconti-nence and sexual satisfaction were compared between the two groups after maternal treatment.Results Com-pared with those before treatment,the changes of VRP and VSP and the duration of contractions did not change in the control group after treatment(P>0.05).The levels of VRP and VSP in the observation group were sig-nificantly increased and the duration of contraction significantly prolonged(P<0.05).After treatment,the VRP and VSP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the duration of contraction was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary inconti-nence in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 3 and 6 months after treat-mentiPK 0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the sexual satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of pelvic floor myoelectric stimulation can effectively en-hance pelvic floor muscle strength,improve pelvic floor function,reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary in-continence and improve the quality of postpartum sexual life.
