彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨分析在下肢深静脉血栓的诊断中应用彩色多普勒超声的临床效果。方法从我院收治的下肢深静脉血栓患者中随机抽取40例进行观察,抽取时间在2016年3月至2017年3月期间,将之设为观察组,抽取同期下肢无病变患者40例设为对照组,所有患者均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组患者诊断情况。结果观察组股浅静脉(SFV)、月国静脉(POV)、胫周围静脉近端(PTV)、内侧腓肠静脉(MGV)及股总静脉(CFV)均与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论临床诊断下肢深静脉血栓采用彩色多普勒超声具有确切的诊断效果,能够充分显示下肢深静脉血栓情况,为临床治疗提供有利依据,其较高的诊断价值值得推广使用。
