气垫式预时效工艺对6016铝合金汽车板性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 利用拉伸试验、硬度测试、杯突实验及差示扫描量热等检测手段,研究了固溶处理后不同停留时间下气垫式预时效工艺对6016铝合金汽车板成形性及烤漆硬化性的影响,并分析其析出特性。结果表明,气垫式预时效工艺可以抑制自然时效的不利影响。固溶处理后室温停放时间越短,气垫式预时效工艺对6016铝合金汽车板冲压成形性及烤漆硬化性的改善作用越显著。固溶处理后室温停放5min的6016铝合金汽车板经160℃×10min的预时效处理后,同时具有良好的成形性及烤漆硬化性,在烤漆过程中析出较多的强化相。 Effect of pre-aging process in air-cushion furnace under different standing time after solid solution treatment on the formability,bake-hardening ability and precipitation characteristics of 6016 aluminum alloy automobile sheet was investigated by means of tensile test,hardness test,cupping test and differential scanning calorimetry in this study.The results indicated that pre-aging process in air-cushion furnace restrain the adverse effect of natural aging.The shorter standing time after solid solution treatment contributed to the effect of pre-aging process in air-cushion furnace on improving the formability and bake-hardening ability of 6016 aluminum alloy automobile sheet.When the standing time after solid solution treatment was 5 min and the pre-aging condition was 160℃×10 min,the formability and bake-hardening ability of 6016 aluminum alloy automobile sheet were both excellent.At the same time,more enhanced phase precipitated during the baking process.
