铁路开展托盘共用业务运营模式探讨

Research on the Operation Mode of Railway Pallet Pool

托盘作为物流集装单元器具,广泛应用于生产和流通领域,推广应用标准托盘,开展托盘共用业务是降低物流成本、提高流通效率的有效措施。但我国托盘共用市场还没有形成规模。文中首先总结了目前国内外的托盘共用业务运营模式,讨论了我国铁路开展托盘共用业务的优势,接着结合我国铁路运营特点和政府政策,提出了以中国铁路总公司为主体,开展托盘共用业务的运营模式及其应用流程。

As a container-united equipment,pallet is widely applied in the process of production and circulation.Popularizing the application of Standard Pallet,and operating the business of pallet pool are effective measures to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics efficiency.But the pallet pool market hasn’t grown into a large scale in our country.This paper first analyzes current operation mode of pallet pool in the world,and discussthe advantages for Chinese railway to operate the business of pallet pool.Then,combining with the characteristics of Chinese railway and government policies,this paper comes up with an operation mode of railway pallet pool taking China Railways Corporation as corpus,and its application process.
