摘要 文中针对当前仓储机器人系统应用的货位优化问题开展研究,以A物流企业为背景,根据KIVA机器人的运行流程与技术特点,为A公司的仓储货位管理提出了一种"SKU热度分析+货架动态调整"的T-SKU优化策略,并通过计算机仿真验证了此方法优化后的货位管理,拣货效率得到了大幅度提升。 In this paper,based on the research of cargo location optimization for the current storage robot system,taking Alogistics company as a background,according to the operation flow and technical characteristics of KIVArobot,this paper presents a“SKU heat analysis+shelf Dynamic adjustment”of the T-SKU optimization strategy,and verified by computer simulation of this method after the optimization of cargo management picking efficiency has been greatly improved.
