高校快递物流运作新模式研究——以苏州大学“近邻宝”为例

Research on the New Mode of Express Losistics Operation in Colleges and Universities——Taking the Jinlinbao of soochow University as an Example

为了响应现今校园市场对物流服务的迫切需求,一种"近邻宝"新模式出现并迅速发展。近邻宝平台方便师生寄取快递,减少快递公司摆摊设点产生的风险隐患,同时也引发了一系列问题。近邻宝快递积压量较大,快递垃圾污染环境等问题给近邻宝模式发展造成了一定阻碍。因此,高校物流如何突出服务行业的宗旨给师生带来良好体验,是如今高校物流运作模式研究的重中之重。文中以苏州大学"近邻宝"为切入点,分析高校快递物流存在问题及产生原因,在此基础上提出了高校快递物流的发展策略,目的是帮助提高高校快递物流的运作水平,优化近邻宝模式。

In response to the urgent demand for logistics services in the present campus market,a new model of Jinlinbao has emerged and developed rapidly.Jinlinbao is convenient for the teachers and students send the express delivery and reduce the risks generated by stalls courier companies set up.But it causes a series of problems as well.That Jinlinbaohas a large backlogand the garbagepolluting environment hinders the development of Jinlinbao.Therefore,how to highlight the purpose of college logistics to bring good experiences to teachers and students is the most important research in the logistics operation of universities.The article takes the Jinlinbao in Soochow University as the breakthrough point.Also it analyzes the problems and gives some measures.On this basis,the article proposes the development strategy of college logistics to help increase the level of their logistics operation and make teachers and students send express more convenient.
