一带一路背景下贵州国际物流人才培养模式探索

随着国家一带一路战略的稳步实施和世界经济一体化的进程,内陆开放型经济试验区的建设逐步展开,国际物流企业迎来了新的良好的发展契机。信息网络是全球化的,物流网络也必须是全球化的。物流网络节点的设置是与各个国家的地理特点紧密相连的,所以说对于国家的全球化战略来说,国际物流起到了决定性的作用。而目前我国在国际物流人才培养当中还存在相当多的问题,尤其是对于内陆地区来说,国际物流人才的培养尤其应该予以重视。需要各大高校深入学习国家的一带一路的政策,内陆开放型经济试验区的战略,并在此基础上,明确国际物流人才培养的方向,并且与社会相关各界共同携手培养适应社会发展的国际物流人才。

With the deep development of“one belt and one road”and Globalization,open inland economic test area has been built,global physical distribution enterprises face new better development chance.Information network is global,so physical distribution network must be global.Physical distribution network nodes are bound up with geographical position of each country.For the globalization strategy of each country,global physical distribution has decisive work.Now,for our country,there are many questions for the personnel training mode of global physical distribution.Especially for the open inland economic test area,personnel training of global physical distribution must be pay attention to.High school education must study“one belt and one road”policy,open inland economic test area strategy,and then clear and definite the way of global physical distribution personnel training,cooperate with social power to give train for the global physical distribution personnel.
